Fire Alarm Sales Executive
Eastern PA / Western NJ

Our client is growing, intentionally. We're building out the fire alarm division and adding a Sales Executive to own the Eastern PA and western NJ territory. The infrastructure is being put in place alongside the growth. If you know fire alarm, know the electrical contractors in this region, and know how to move a project from first call to close, read on.

What You Get to Do

• Build and own relationships with electrical contractors across Eastern PA and western NJ
• Identify, bid, and close fire alarm installation and service projects from $20K to $500K
• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, site walks, scope development, proposal, close
• Operate with company support that's built to scale with you.

What You Have Already Done

• Sold fire alarm systems or service in the market.
• Worked with or sold through electrical contractors. You understand how they buy and what they need.
• Built a territory and relationships and have your process locked in.
• Stayed current on NFPA codes. You can talk shop with AHJs, inspectors, and ECs.
• Put consistent numbers on the board. Track record, not potential.

Base is $90K-$130K. The commission plan is aggressive and rewards actual results. They are in intentional growth mode: the support and infrastructure are being built as the team grows, not after the fact.
