Fire Alarm Technician – NICET / State License Preferred

We’re a family-oriented life-safety company looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Technician. This role is for someone who can work independently, understands inspections and service, and requires minimal supervision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, inspecting, testing, and servicing fire alarm and other life safety systems
- Running NFPA 72 inspections and writing clear deficiency reports
- Troubleshooting systems the right way—not guesswork
- Reading prints, layouts, and device schedules
- Dealing professionally with customers and inspectors
- Closing out work cleanly and documenting it properly
What We Need From You
- 2+ years of real fire alarm experience (not helper time)
- Solid working knowledge of NFPA 72
- Ability to run your own calls and manage your day
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strongly Preferred
- NICET Fire Alarm Systems (Level I or higher) or ESA equivalent
- State fire alarm license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with Notifier, Silent Knight, Fire-Lite, fire extinguishers and Ansul range hood systems
- Inspection and service background
