    Fire Brands LLC secured the license, developed and brought to market the WARHEADS SOUR SODA brand (https://www.drinkwarheads.com/) a fruity flavored soda pop with a sour kick that will blow your mind!

    The role is an opportunity for an energetic sales motivated professional to join a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization and make an impact on the ground floor of an exciting new brand.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Direct, support, manage and activate with beverage distributor partners
    • Manage local Field Sales territory to optimally sell, merchandise, and activate Warheads Sour Soda beverage line
    • Build strong partnerships with multiple food retail outlet manager and store teams
    • Sell-in and build displays
    • Book and execute sample product demonstrations
    • Visit stores and implement merchandising and POS placement standards
    • “Be the Warheads Brand” in the market and eyes of Distributor, stores, and consumers
    • Liaise with Warheads brand team on marketing opportunities

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school degreed or higher
    • Enjoys planning productive workdays, local travel and meeting people
    • Willing to learn product attributes (in competitive market) and overcome initial challenges

    PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Entrepreneurial energy and spirit, with the strong desire to make things happen
    • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal to promote the Warheads brand
    • Self motivated to locally travel to 10-15 retail sites per day to develop relationships and build sales momentum
    • Tech and software tool proficient including MS Office, CRM, and Field Sales tracking
    • Capable of executing successful, strategic and innovative sales & merchandising promotions
    • Inner drive to succeed and overcome challenges
