• This individual would need a working knowledge of Compliance Engine.
• Knowledge/experience within fire protection is a strong plus
• Ability to adapt and learn.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability and disposition to handle Client relations.

This individual would be managing the day to day interactions of the service team as well as triage of needs regarding customers and managing compliance requests.
