Fire Protection Project Manager (Hybrid – Middle River, MD)

?? Full-Time | Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead construction and life safety projects across the MD/VA/DC region. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work from our Middle River, MD office, remotely, and on-site as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Projects End-to-End: Manage all phases of construction projects—from planning to closeout—ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Oversee Multiple Projects: Handle several projects across various customer accounts and facility types simultaneously.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Program Managers, field staff, and clients to define scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure Compliance: Review drawings and specifications to meet NFPA, UFC, and local code requirements.
• Track Progress: Use project management tools and CRM systems to monitor milestones, manage submittals, and document change orders.
• Manage Budgets: Track costs, procure subcontractor quotes, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Conduct Site Visits: Travel as needed across MD/VA/DC to monitor progress and conduct inspections.
• Lead Communication: Host project meetings with stakeholders and clients to align on progress and resolve issues.
• Close Projects Effectively: Ensure timely completion of documentation, as-builts, and customer sign-offs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing construction or life safety projects
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management software and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel regionally and work in a hybrid environment
• Interest in obtaining NICET certification
