What You'll Do:
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of fire damage restoration projects
Lead and manage a team of restoration technicians, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to company standards.
Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop restoration plans.
Oversee the restoration process including pack out and inventory, clean and deodorize, removal of smoke and soot from customer contents and structure.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or obstacles, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Provide training and mentorship to restoration technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in fire damage restoration, with a proven track record of successful project management preferred
High school diploma or GED required; restoration certification a plus.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Job Details:
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to work late as needed.
Some occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime hours may be required.
Local travel with occasional overnight stays.
