Recruiter - Talent Acquisition
The Recruiter will be a key asset in achieving defined forecasted growth plans for Fire Safety and Protection LLC and will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition within the Human Resources department.
The Recruiter is often the first point of contact for prospective employees so a marketing mindset is imperative to attract employees to Fire Safety and Protection LLC. Our prospective employees are sourced from within a competitive marketplace using tools like HireEZ, LinkedIn, Indeed, as well as BreezyHR Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The right recruiter possesses the ability, acumen, and experience to provide full desk corporate recruiting to attract, source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. One aspect of the position is to fulfill highly administrative tasks, such as entering job descriptions, updating the ATS and various excel spreadsheets, and typing interview notes during interviews. The recruiter has a dynamic and welcoming presence as well as the ability to be consultative with hiring managers during strategy calls and weekly meetings. The Recruiter will work in a high-volume capacity at times, sourcing competitively for skilled labor, operations, sales, corporate and administrative positions in the Fire and Life Safety industry.
Fire Safety and Protection LLC is a dynamic environment that requires a Recruiter who adapts easily to change. The ideal individual will have had experience assimilating acquired companies into the corporate vision, while respecting and appreciating all employees involved. And, the Recruiter will over time develop a pipeline of internal candidates interested in advancing their careers within Fire Safety and Protection LLC.
