Position: Fire Service Technician II

Location: Orange County, CA (Tustin)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Schedule: Open Availability Required (Must be able to work nights, weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime as required.)

Pay Range: $32 – $45/HR, Paid Weekly (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Fire Service Technician II to manage the health of critical life safety networks. You will bridge the gap between sophisticated technology and client safety by troubleshooting fire alarm systems (EST3, Silent Knight, Notifier) and resolving everything from ground faults to communication failures. If you have a background in healthcare-specific infrastructure (Nurse Call, cabling) and thrive in high-stakes environments, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot fire alarm systems – EST3, Silent Knight, Notifier, etc.
• Identify false alarms, battery troubles, ground faults, open circuits, power loss, communication failures, etc.

Qualifications:

• Have 5+ years troubleshooting fire alarm, security, or nurse call systems.
• Must be able to get vaccinations/immunizations needed to be on site.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to make repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, daily.
• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, hear, and speak, daily.
• Move/Transport items weighing 20 pounds, occasionally.
• Stand or Sit for long periods (4+ hours), daily.
• Work is performed in an office environment.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
