🛠 About the Role:

Disaster Kleenup Specialists is looking for a skilled and motivated Fire Technician to join our emergency response and restoration team. This position plays a critical role in fire and smoke damage remediation following residential and commercial disasters.

You will be responsible for assisting in emergency clean-up, demolition, and structural cleaning services with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Respond to fire and smoke damage calls in a timely manner.

Conduct fire/smoke/soot clean-up and odor removal.

Pack-out and inventory contents from affected areas.

Operate air scrubbers, ozone machines, and other remediation equipment.

Follow safety protocols, including use of PPE and hazard communication.

Maintain detailed job notes, photos, and documentation.

Interact professionally and compassionately with customers.

✅ Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1+ years of experience in restoration or related trade preferred.

IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT) certification a plus.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in a variety of conditions (heat, soot, confined spaces).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Must be available for on-call rotation, including nights/weekends.
