    Regional Fire Protection LLC. has an exciting opportunity for a Fire Sprinkler Superintendent out of our Williamsport, Maryland Office.

    To perform this job successfully, a Fire Sprinkler Superintendent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    Job Description:

    • Ensure Field personnel have equipment material and drawing necessary to commence work.

    • Collaborate with PM to coordinate project activities.

    • Familiarize yourself with project scope and intent of design dept week prior to commencement.

    • Oversee installation of projects by field crews.

    • Inspect projects for quality installation and timely completion.

    • Evaluate and identify high/low performing employees, providing guidance as needed.

    • Assist with surveying projects as needed for design.

    • Attend meetings as needed with General Contractors for projects.

    • Attend fire marshal acceptance tests as needed.

    • Attend weekly office production meetings.

    • Maintain a log of project progress.

    • Keep Project Managers well versed as to project progress, challenges, concerns, and resolution.

    • Provide Design manager info when changes to design are being made in field contrary to initial design.

    • Maintain punch list completion items throughout projects.

    • Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints as directed by PM.

    • Conduct weekly inspections of projects to ensure the quality and compliance of installed fire sprinkler systems.

    • Address any issues promptly and implement corrective measures as needed.

    • Ensure all fire sprinkler installations comply with relevant codes and standards.

    • Report all missing or back ordered material to management and keep a log of pertinent info.

    Qualifications :

    • Must have at least 5 years' experience as an installing fire sprinkler journeyman.

    • Work experience and project history will be considered.

    • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    • Willing to lift up to at least 50 pounds

    • Willing to climb ladders

    • Strong mechanical background is preferred

    • Strong knowledge of NFPA 13

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
