Position Overview
Sideworx Connect USA is currently seeking reliable, safety-focused Fire Watch Technicians for a 6-month contract in the Jamestown, North Dakota area. Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (evening shift)
- Consistent hours throughout contract duration
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor work areas for fire hazards during hot work operations
- Maintain constant surveillance of assigned areas
- Ensure immediate response to any signs of fire or unsafe conditions
- Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors
- Follow all site-specific safety protocols and procedures
- Complete any required safety documentation or reports
Requirements
- Must be local to Jamestown, ND or surrounding area
- Strong commitment to safety and situational awareness
- Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from job site
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
Required PPE
Candidates must have the following:
- FR (Flame-Resistant) Clothing
- Hard Hat
- Safety Glasses
- Steel-Toe Boots
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous fire watch or industrial site experience
- Basic safety certifications (OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, etc.)
