Job Description

THE ROLE:

This individual will drive all aspects of a project to streamline engineering operations processes while working with our program management, architecture, quality assurance and development teams.

Successful candidates will have a strong interest in project management and the software development lifecycle. They will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive all aspects of a project to streamline Research & Engineering operations processes (this may include resource estimation, project planning, architecture/design development, test automation, risk and dependency management, status tracking, and/or stakeholder communication distribution).

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability and enthusiasm to learn/explore new technical skills
• Must be a continuing college or university student in good standing at an accredited institution pursuing an undergraduate degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Technical acumen in Microsoft software, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Technical acumen in Atlassian software, JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge and experience with Java/Python
