    Job Description

    The Role: 

    The Enablement team would like to leverage a college intern who is focused on adult learning principles. Our goal is to integrate the latest technologies and teaching methods into our new hire training program and drive role-based learning using different learning delivery methodologies. This project will give this intern an opportunity to actively participate in program design, project management and advance their educational experiences and knowledge in a corporate environment. By actively engaging cross-functional teams, key business stakeholders and learning about the different sales and technical roles, this individual will help define, design and develop the learning paths and curriculum to promote a faster time to competency and productivity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to validate effectiveness.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: Enablement Initiatives: 1.       Revamp onboarding program by sales and technical roles. 2.       Redesign New Hire Training Program “Live” Event for sales and technical audiences. 3.       Identify critical management coaching and reinforcement areas to drive field adoption.

    Activities and Deliverables will include:

    • What does role-based competency look like?
    • What content needs to be developed by role type?
    • Develop a plan to revamp onboarding program
    • Design curriculum and learning paths
    • Create a manager checklist
    • Create a week-by-week plan for all new hires
    • Communicate and document on SharePoint portal and/or Microsoft Teams
    • Determine metrics and key performance indicators (leading and lagging) and create a dashboard to track online
