Job Description

This intern will work with the Corporate Development team to support various initiatives including transaction support, market research and landscape analysis. This includes researching, analyzing and presenting industry and market trends, emerging technologies and companies, competitive analysis and performing market analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financials statements and create financial models for transactions
• Research, analyze and create summary materials for industry and market trends, emerging technologies and companies and competitive analysis
• Provide in-depth views on existing and emerging industry categories or sub-segments and participants
• Create and maintain industry landscapes and market data
• Assist in other non-transaction related Corporate Development project

Qualifications

• Passion for technology or background and experience in Cyber Security or Enterprise Software
• Strong research, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Financial modeling skills and working knowledge of Financial Statements and Corporate Valuation
• Individual contributor with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and with minimal supervision
• Must be pursuing a graduate degree in Technical or Engineering Field or MBA at an accredited institution
