Job Description

THE ROLE:

This software development intern role will be working collaboratively across our Innovation and Custom Engineering (ICE) team, UX, and our HX development team to integrate a key project from ICE into our product.  The project will help our customers visualize events on the Endpoint that have happened before and after malicious activity occurred. The role will involve porting and modifying backend code to an HX plugin and adding a UI for visualization. Must work closely with UX team on UI.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work collaboratively across multiple team
• Learn and use new innovation architecture framework in HX to port ICE's 'Storytime' code
• Work with mentor on HX team to build plugin UI
• Write build script and tests for plugin

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly skilled in JavaScript, preferably with Node.js experience
• Experience with Python
• Relational and Graph DB
• Must be a continuing college or university student in good standing at an accredited institution pursuing an undergraduate degree or graduate degree
