    Job Description

    Are you interested in working on strategic projects for our CEO?  Interested in protecting organizations both big and small from the largest increase in cyber threats in history?  Then join NewCo as the Corporate Strategy intern position, reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy. You will have the chance to influence the company by helping design and execute the company’s growth strategy. You will work with our executive and engineering leaders to understand the top priorities and then creatively figure out ways to shape our strategy to achieve them. The role offers an unparalleled hands-on experience to successfully influence the trajectory of one of the most innovative and the fastest growing SaaS and security companies in the world.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Research and document best practices for integrating companies.
    • Understand customer and prospect buying behavior, cross-sell opportunities, and new market segments.
    • Track, analyze, and report on venture investment, M&A, and public market activities.
    • Engage with senior executives and functional leaders to identify and execute both near-term and long-term priorities.
    • Capture customer feedback to prioritize new capabilities for the business solution and collaborate with senior leadership on means to address them (build/buy/partner)
    • Present, advocate and evangelize the company’s strategy to partners, analysts, customers and external events/audiences

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strategic and exponential growth mindset with outside-the-box thinking.
    • Cybersecurity or technology industry passion. (Market knowledge, Industry Trends, Players in the industry, etc.)
    • Working to obtain a degree in Business Administration or similar experience.
    • Self-motivated, resourceful, and ambitious individual who naturally deals with complex topics and helps make informed decisions based, often with limited information.
    • An excellent team-based attitude.
    • Strong business, financial and technical aptitude 
    • High degree of intellectual curiosity, sense of urgency and client empathy
    • Bring an innovative, curious and start-up mindset towards disrupting mature methodologies and modernizing best practices

    Minimum Salary: $25 per hour. Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations.

    Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from FireEye’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
