Job Description

The Support Community and Knowledge Team seeks to offer a fully paid 3-month internship to a Technical Writing student in our Customer Success team in Utah.

Running from June 2022 until September 2022, the successful student will help the team document product and service best practices, troubleshooting guides, and break/fix solutions in a deeply technical target audience.

This internship is for you if:

• You are a Technical Writer or Content Developer with love and understanding of technology, cyber security, and customer assistance.
• You are a Developer, Engineer with a love for writing and documenting everyday issues, in a fast-evolving environment.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• You enjoy learning, sharing, and collaborating with others.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc/BA in Technical Communications, Computer Science, or comparable field
• Demonstrated outstanding skills for conveying technical information within knowledge base articles or similar written formats for technology customers
• Experience with HTML and tools for basic infographic and video creation
• Experience with Office365 (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• General understanding of networking and Linux
• Team-player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Comfortable and positive interacting with customers online, including blogs and forums
