    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

    Research and Identify Candidates

    • Learn how to find candidates and assess their experience, qualifications, and fit for a role

    CRM Data Entry and Management

    • Learn how to operate a CRM, crucial for many business roles

    Sit in on Client and Candidate calls

    • Experience conversations with job seekers and the CEOs they want to work for. Learn to assess client needs, profile positions, and the basics of Business to Business Communications.

    Support a Team of Recruiters

    • Learn all phases of the FireSeeds Recruiting Process by supporting a team of 5 recruiters. Craft candidate overviews, call references, conduct Welcome Calls, etc.

    Project Management

    • Assist with the completion of a Recruiting Training Manual by assisting with proofreading, formatting, and compiling resources 

    • Assist with social media account management

    • Learn the basics of event planning and culture curating

    Learn and Grow

    • Access the Wildsparq Leader Development Platform and participate as part of the team

    • Be part of a team that is invested in your growth and development

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Senior pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business focused on Sales, Human Resources, Recruiting, or related field.
