    Job Description

    Onin Staffing is seeking a SELLING BRANCH MANAGER to oversee an office in Humble, TX. The primary responsibility for this position is to grow the business through acquiring new accounts and serving existing clients to leverage long-term relationships. In addition to business development, this individual will manage the day-to-day operations of the branch and oversee a small team of recruiters on-site. Ultimately, this person will take massive action to influence the bottom line of the business. This leader will commit to personal development and growth while delivering excellent customer service. After learning and adding value to the business, the right person would have the opportunity to pursue an opportunity as an Area Manager and then Regional Manager with Onin Staffing.

    POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Visit existing clients on a weekly/bi-weekly basis to maintain relationship and capitalize on new business opportunities 
    • Manage and develop internal team members with a servant-leadership mindset
    • Recruit for open job orders and delegate open job orders to internal recruiters
    • Oversee ongoing operations including- payroll, coaching and discipline, evaluations, etc.
    • Outside sales—cold call potential customers (90% in person) 
    • Schedule appointments with key decision makers to land 2-4 new accounts/month
    • Hit target numbers projected for quarterly goals to be determined by Area Manager
    • Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential and new clients
    • Grow the business through proactively building relationships in the community- attend job fairs, networking events, expos, etc.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2-3+ years of a proven track record in sales and management
    • College degree preferred but not required
    • Knowledge of staffing and/or human resources preferred but not required
    • High drive to take massive action and create results
    • Embodies servant-leadership and growth-mindset
    • Solution-driven with relentless focus on getting the job done 
    • Self-starter with strong communication skills
    • Desire to develop and care for team members
