    Onin Staffing is seeking an Area Manager who will oversee offices in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona.     POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Operations Management 
      • Customer service and relationship building with current clients
      • Managing day to day operations of multiple branch locations
      • Strategic planning for future growth in Mississippi and Louisiana
    • Championing a Positive Work Culture to align with Core Values
      • Staff leadership, development, and coaching
      • Team building and collaboration
      • Recruit, hire, and train A-level players
    • Business Development Oversight 
      • Visit existing clients to maintain relationships 
      • Capitalize on new business opportunities
      • Think strategically for overall business growth and areas of opportunity
    • Hit target numbers and company standards for quarterly and annual goals
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-5+ years of staffing industry experience required
    • 5+ years of management experience required
    • Experience managing a profitable, high-volume business 
    • Successful track record in business to business sales
    • Exceptional emotional intelligence and political savvy
    • Self-starter with strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships
    • High drive to take massive action and create results
    • Strong relationship builder with ability to motivate and take ownership
    • Embodies servant-leadership and growth-mindset
    • Solution-driven with relentless focus on getting the job done

    Additional Information

    Compensation package includes base salary, uncapped commission, car allowance, mobile phone allowance, health, dental, 401K, etc.
