The Associate Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns including paid search, display, SEO and social advertising strategies across our corporate and publishing brands. His/her primary objective is to spend a minimum amount of money for a maximum amount of ad clicks. These efforts should drive more traffic specific web pages or to acquire email addresses for the best cost possible to the organization.
In addition, she/he will also develop graphic images, memes, static ads and written copy for various digital ad campaigns in support of publishers.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) to ensure projects are delivered well, on time with measured results.
- Delivering PPC campaigns to the most relevant and effective networks (focusing on Facebook), based on analysis, monitoring, review and active decision-making
- Fully assessing and understanding business objectives and translating those goals into a PPC strategy and action plan
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and presenting progress to stakeholders and CSMO.
- Support email drip campaigns in relationship with PPC acquisition campaigns
- Undertaking smart buying decisions to ensure maximum effect for a given online budget spend.
- Monitoring search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape
- Collaborating with other marketing colleagues to ensure joint strategic marketing objectives align with paid ad activity
- Working with Dev, AdTech and web development teams to ensure there is a technical capability to deliver, capture and ensure the success of key aspects – such as landing pages, tracking codes and integration of analytics
- Directly work cross team within our project management software (Monday.com) and ensure team members are well aware of project responsibilities, deadlines and are cross communicating well.
- Work with the broader creative team to produce creative assets; graphic designs, memes, brand & ad copy, etc.
Requirements:
- No vaccination requirement
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, and/or other relevant fields.
- A proven acumen for analytics, A/B split testing and news and cultural issues of the day.
- A solid understanding of design, copy and application software such as: Adobe, Canva, PowerPoint, Google
- Demonstrated experience in project management software such as Monday.com, Trello, Wrike, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be a strategic creative thinker.
