The core function of this paid internship is to support the Ad Operations department and to gain experience in the delivery of ad impressions on the Firefly Engagement network of sites and apply best practices in ad technology. This is a 12-week internship opportunity with a pay of $12.80/hour. We are accepting full-time candidates for our summer 2022 internships. Our office is located in Phoenix, AZ. We are not offering any remote positions at this time.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot ad-serving errors and report discrepancies
• Continually monitor advertising campaigns and ensure that they adhere to technical specifications
• Keep up with industry trends, news, or changes that might impact Firefly Engagement's business
• Monitor user experience across our web products for multiple clients
• Assist the Yield Operations team with tag integrations and reporting within the ad server, Google Ad Manager
• Assist the Director/Manager of Ad Operations in day-to-day operations

Requirements/Qualifications:

• No vaccination requirement
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required
• Knowledge of HTML or Javascript is a plus!
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel functions
• Ability to think outside of the box and benchmark ideas 
• Must be a self-starter and self-learner with a passion for technology and data
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Must have a high degree of personal accountability
• Team player with excellent interpersonal/ collaboration skills
• If pursuing a Bachelor's degree:
  • Junior or Senior standing
  • 2.5 GPA or higher
