Position Summary

As an HR Generalist at AccuSourceHR, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, managing employee relations, and contributing to the overall well-being and effectiveness of our workforce. AccuSourceHR customers are human resource professionals. You will leverage your human resources experience to help our business leaders understand customer needs. This is a hybrid position based at our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Relationship Builder – You’ll partner with our business leaders to support initiatives that promote employee engagement, development, and performance. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success.
• Innovative Strategist – You’ll develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company’s mission and values. You will also translate the company’s strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
• Variety Enthusiast – No two days will be the same. You will be managing the entire employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. You’ll thrive on the diverse challenges and opportunities that come your way.
• Problem-Solver – With our rapid growth, you’ll identify the root causes of any issues affecting organization culture and suggest changes to enhance a positive and inclusive work environment. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test.

The Details

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Phoenix based, hybrid role. Must be willing to be in the office two days a week based on business needs.
