Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our real estate groups. You will work closely with the CEO to streamline our business operations, implement efficient systems, and foster a culture of excellence within the organization. Your primary focus will be on staff and project management, ensuring that our team operates at the highest level of productivity and efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop and implement robust processes and strategies to facilitate the scalable growth of the business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage.
• Play a pivotal role in strategic business planning and its execution, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to align objectives and drive results.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess and monitor the health and performance of various business functions, providing insights for informed decision-making.
• Take charge of client outreach initiatives, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
• Lead efforts in nurturing and developing internal team members, providing mentorship, training, and support to foster their professional growth and enhance overall team performance.
• Spearhead innovative initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
• Oversee social media efforts and marketing efforts, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance brand visibility, build a strong online presence, and foster community engagement across relevant platforms.

• Possess a deep understanding of business operations, with a proven track record of implementing processes and strategies to drive growth and success in small business environments.
• A real estate background is not required, but a strong understanding of business fundamentals and operations is essential.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel, with the ability to leverage these tools to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making processes effectively.
• Able to travel around the Greater Boston area and have reliable transportation.
