We need an experienced tutor for K-12 students. In-home (not Online) Weekday/daytime tutoring hours required; with flexible days of the week. Patient, caring, intuitive, adaptive and engaging tutor. Language Arts, Math and Social Sciences, test prep. is needed. Using the student's curriculum, multi-sensory, play based, interactive approach to learning. Flexible daytime hours during the week, 4-10 hours/week. Starting immediately and throughout the school year. Our ideal Tutor versed in one or more of the following: Bachelor's degree or above 1-2 years of solid experience teaching/tutoring students Skilled project-based tutoring to include needed subjects, content and test prep Ability to simplify concepts, support positive study habits and organizational skills, build self-confidence and self-esteem Tutoring will be at student's home.
