Manager of Off-Premise Operations
Reports To: Director of Off-Premise Operations
The Firehouse Subs® Department of Field Operations is an exciting, fast-paced and high energy environment, and the hub of the operations network for more than 1,180 restaurants across 46 states, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Firehouse Subs® is seeking a qualified candidate to fulfill the role of Manager of Off-Premise Operations. This position will support restaurant field operations in managing a system-wide off-premise program. This position will assist the Director of Off-premise with crafting catering tools, which offers restaurants the means for sales improvement, seamless execution, and competitive advantage. Examining industry trends, conducting cost benefit analysis, and integrating Firehouse Subs® operational procedures will be instrumental for this newly created role. This role will track and report results on off-premise initiatives.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Serve as an Off-Premise Ambassador.
Be available to restaurant operators for all needed support.
Conduct research on new developing programs as guided by the Director.
Manage tools supporting off-premise operations and are Firehouse Subs® branded.
Analyze off-premise opportunities for best ROI.
Develop tracking and reporting system against off-premise objectives.
Effectively communicate department results according to Firehouse Subs® standards.
Search out industry trends to allow for Firehouse Subs® to stay current and progressive.
Requirements:
Worked in restaurants with off-premise channels.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to be results-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Effective presentation skills.
Organized individual with a "can do" attitude.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively meet all deadlines.
Results oriented individual that can work effectively with limited supervision.
Strong computer skills. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must love Firehouse Subs®
Fast casual restaurant experience preferred.
