    Supply Chain Inventory Control Manager To: Director of Supply Chain ServicesFirehouse Subs® is one of the nation’s leading fast-casual restaurant chains with a commitment to and passion for hearty and flavorful food, heartfelt service, and public safety. Supporting more than 1,200 Firehouse Subs restaurants in 46 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada, we are currently seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Control Manager to join our team.

    This role will oversee various aspects of the supply chain inventory process impacting Firehouse Subs locations across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

    Essential Functions:

    Develop and monitor inventory reporting to ensure proper supply levels for distributors

    Work with distributors to adjust inventory based on trends and forecasts

    Track and manage all LTO inventory

    Work with Supply Chain staff to obtain samples from distributors.

    Provide to IT the product catalogs between our distribution partner and POS system in the field

    Maintains required information in all Supply Chain databases.

    Manage Obsolete Inventory Fund

    Manage and maintain all new item requests

    Transcribe all New store openings, closures and transfers into Supply Chain technology system

    Collect and maintain all Certificates of Insurance for all vendors

    Weekly Audit on internal Supply Chain Database.

    On a weekly basis, this person could correct all data in a particular area of Arrowstream, ie. Pack/Size, wording, missing ti/hi, category

    Qualifications:

    Require at least two (2) years of data analytics experience

    Two (2) years of previous experience in supply chain management, preferred

    Equivalent of two years of college-level coursework with a background in business, preferred

    Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills

    Effective relationship management skills in dealing with internal and external customers daily

    High level of professionalism and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information accordingly

    Be a self-starter

    Strong organizational skills

    Detail-oriented

    Ability to work as a team player

    Computer savvy

    Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Mail, and Google Apps platforms

    Restaurant/hospitality industry knowledge and experience, a plus

    Must be based in Jacksonville, FL.
