Job Description:
Coach TeamMembers, Supervises and guides during shifts.
Keeps track that Procedures and Policies are being followed.
ProvidesExcellent Customer Service, resolves guest complaints, listens and exceeds guest expectations.
Maintains and develops guest relations.
Opens andClose Shifts.
Able to handle POS transactions and payments accurately.
Ensures that guests orders (food and beverage) are made accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
Maintains a clean working environment, complying to all food safety and sanitation guidelines,
Must Be:

Able to perform, communicate and execute various tasks

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Food Handlers Certificate
One year of experience as a shift leader or similar role; food industry is a plus.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays
