Responsibilities and Duties for Slicer/Prep Team Members
Some of the Slicer job duties include, but are not limited to:
Total menu knowledge
Amazing Guest Service
Ability to do simple Math
Ensure all sliced meat is portioned for the day
Ensure all portioned product is rotated in the cooler and sandwich line
Ensure there is ample portioned product available/needed for the current day
Prepare Subs
Work in an efficient and quick manner
Ensure total Restaurant cleanliness
Maintain a fun and fulfilling work environment
Timeliness
Slicer/Prep Team Member Qualifications and Skills
Must obtain Food Handlers license in first 30 days
Able to learn menu with perfection
Able to lift 30 pounds
Able to work on your feet for several hours
Move quickly and think fast
Stay active and busy
