Position Summary Statement: We are looking for a Firehouse Subs Shift Leader to join our team!

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

A Firehouse Subs Shift Leader is in charge of one shift during a day.

Shift leaders must manage 3-5 employees.

Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and Heartfelt service at all times.

Provides leadership to the restaurant team so that each team member consistently meets our standards of being the Best at delivering Hearty meals and Heartfelt service, quality food and cleanliness, while embracing the Firehouse Subs "Culture" of a cheerful and fun work environment.

Shift leaders help with the food ordering process, manage food delivery, prepare catering and help develop future leaders within our brand.

Responsible for managing the opening and closing procedures during respective shift.

Maintaining operations by executing policies and standard operating procedures as directed by the GM.

Must be a self-starter with strong work ethic and problem solving ability

Must be able to work at a quick pace and complete tasks in a timely manner

Must Be able to work all days of the week, Day or Night Shifts, Weekends and holidays with NO exceptions

Represents Firehouse Subs in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Communicates effectively to the General Manager/Owner all issues and opportunities which may impact business.

Maintains restaurant equipment in full working order and communicate problems immediately to the Owner.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Able to work on his/her feet for extended periods of time.
