About the Role:

Firehouse Subs is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Team Members to join our Firehouse Subs location in Ann Arbor, MI! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, community-focused team where you'll serve up bold, hearty subs and create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner

Prepare and assemble Firehouse Subs menu items according to brand standards

Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining area, prep stations, and kitchen

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code guidelines

Restock ingredients, supplies, and products as needed throughout the shift

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, fast service during peak hours

Requirements:

No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate!

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed

Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
