If you are personable and not afraid to learn all the tasks at Firehouse Subs in the NW Tucson area, then this is the place for you. The perfect candidate is a person that can commit to weekday lunch shifts &/or weekend closing shifts and takes cleanliness and order accuracy seriously. Our restaurant has a strong team player attitude, and they want to add someone with the same values to their team.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to enhance their dining experience

Assist customers with menu options and supporting our Foundation collection opportunities

Deliver high-quality work and maintain consistent performance standards

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Adapt to shifting priorities and take on tasks as needed

Uphold company values and represent Firehouse Subs professionally

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude

Reliable, punctual, and accountable in all responsibilities

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a restaurant role is a plus but not required

Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
