    We are currently hiring a motivated restaurant manager with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team that works well together and provides superior service.Qualities we are looking for include the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working weekend and evening hours if required.

    As a Shift Leader you will have ultimate responsibility for safeguarding the financial success of a specific outlet and maintaining the reputation of the company. You will gain experience in finance, human resources, marketing, operations and sales.The manager will:

    · Organize stock, equipment, order supplies

    · Oversee building maintenance, cleanliness and security

    · Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits, achieve sales targets

    · Control cash, administer payrolls

    · Recruit new staff, train and develop existing staff

    · Coordinate staff scheduling, motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets

    · Ensure standards of hygiene comply with health and safety regulations

    · Ensure high standards of customer service, handle complaints or queries

    · Implement and instill in your team company policies, procedures and ethics

    Skills- you'll need to have:
