REPORTS TO: General Manager

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

We are looking for a passionate Shift Manager with experience to join our team!

5 to 6 shifts/wk,

Main responsibilities: • Creating a great guest experience.

• Training and retraining employees on proper procedures and production.

• Managing 2-6 other employees at all times to ensure all prep & cleaning is done in a timely manner.

• Inventories, both daily and weekly. Entering and tracking inventory usage and loss.

• Truck orders.

• Cash management, including auditing & deposits.

• Payroll management on a shift by shift basis.

• Takes initiative & is a problem-solver.
