Office Manager

Fulltime: 9:00 am -6:00 pm, Mon - Fri

Pay rate: Salary, Based on experience.

Location: Sandusky, OH

Summary:

As the Auto Dealership Office Manager you will oversee and train office staff, manage banking, floorplan, and payoffs, process payroll, and forecasts, manage expenses, work closely with senior staff, and perform assorted duties to keep the office running smoothly.

What you will be doing:

· Organizes Office Operations and Procedures, oversees and trains Office Staff

· Prepare daily Bank Deposit/ Posting ACH/ Floorplan payoffs.

· Process Payroll on a timely basis accurately

· Maintain Daily Cash Position, and forecast Cash needs.

· Reconcile accounts.

· Post and reconcile Factory Statement

· Stay abreast of current Factory incentives, and any potential chargebacks.

· Manage Accounts receivable, and collections if needed.

· Update General Manager of Expenses

· Communicate potential risks to the executive team.

· Weekly Account schedule "clean up" to ensure a smooth month-end.

· Manage Payables

· Perform HR duties for the Onboarding Process

· Works closely with the Controller.

What you will need:

· Microsoft Office business applications

· Must have 3 years of automotive office experience.

· Flexible with extended hours for month-end

· CDK global software experience is strongly preferred.

· Prioritize and complete tasks with accuracy.

· monitors and checks the work of others for accuracy.
