Chimney Cricket & Hometown Hearth is seeking a skilled fireplace installer to join our growing team. If you have experience installing gas or wood fireplace systems, we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in clean, safe, professional installations that wow our customers.

Responsibilities:

Install gas and wood fireplaces/stoves/inserts according to manufacturer specifications, codes, and standards

Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation methods

Ensure all installations are performed safely and efficiently

Provide exceptional customer service during installations and consultations

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for fireplace installations

Requirements:

Proven experience in gas and wood fireplace installation

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Knowledge of codes and standards

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

Excellent communication and customer service skills

NFI, CSIA, NCSG certifications in gas/wood/pellet preferred but not required

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
