Emergency Service Mitigation Technician

Large restoration company looking for experienced restoration technicians. Starting pay $14-$18 per hour with guaranteed 40 plus hours a week. This job does require some after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

The ESMT draws the required drying and dehumidification equipment from inventory and delivers them to the job site using appropriate transportation means.

The ESMT installs and operates all drying equipment at the job site as directed by the Project Manager, Project Superintendent, and/or Project Supervisor.

The ESMT uses the appropriate moisture testing instruments, assists the management in determining and writing the scope of the job, the drying protocol of the job, moisture documentation and in writing a comprehensible and well thought out drying plan.

The ESMT is responsible for the daily measurement of humidity levels, moisture documentation, and all other readings available from usage of moisture testing equipment.

The ESMT maintains all drying equipment in excellent running order.

The ESMT provides inventory tracking for all equipment being used.

The ESMT practices on-the-job safety at all times.

The ESMT performs all other associated tasks as required.

The ESMT is responsible for miscellaneous warehouse duties.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Basic use of tools (drill, hammer, saw)

Basic mechanical skills

Requires a valid driver’s license

Must be friendly and professional

Excels in Customer Service
