  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    Manages a crew of restoration technicians and/or casual labor (approx. 4 – 10 People).

    Works alongside technicians and labor and manages productivity as outlined by Project Superintendent.

    Advises Project Manager and Project Superintendent of labor, equipment, and material needs on a daily basis.

    Maintains a clean and safe work area.

    Properly documents the daily scope of work performed, labor timecards, and billable chargeable product used on each shift.

    Ensures that all technicians and casual labor utilize PPE and follow the safety plan.

    Responsible for all casual labor during assigned breaks.

    Updates the Project Manager and Assistant on the daily progress of assigned crew.

    Responsible for the decontamination of the equipment upon completion of the project and ensures that all equipment and unused materials are returned to the assigned supply areas.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    High school Graduate or equivalent

    2 Years of technical school or 2 years on the job experience in a related field

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

    Attention to detail

    Problem-Solving skills

    Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

    Must be friendly and professional

    Prior experience in construction preferred.

    Excels in Customer Service

    Requires a valid driver’s license
