POSITION TYPE: Full-time / Part-Time (Flexibile), Hourly

LOCATION: In Office; Bellevue, WA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist Customers
• Provide customers with excellent fireplace product knowledge
• Assist with product selection and order placement
• Educate customer on products in person, on the phone or over email
• Create and establish great relationships with customers
• Maintain a well-organized environment
• Various administration duties
• Other duties maybe assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and professional telephone skills
• Customer service or retail experience
• Organizational, time management and customer service skills
• Regular attendance is required
