Firm Media is growing and looking to hire an experienced SEO Strategist to help take our agency to the next level! If you are passionate about SEO and marketing, are looking to be a part of a growing agency and have the talent to move the needle in the SERPs, then we want to talk to you.

Duties:

The SEO manager will work directly with the COO, SEO Strategists and will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Manage SEO team to develop stronger systems to further Firm Media and its clients

• Oversee SEO team to create a better department.

• Developing SEO strategies for our clients that bring about meaningful change

• Assist Design & Development departments in website architecture and design to help improve keyword rankings

• Track, report, and analyze key SEO performance and website analytics KPIs

• Contribute in every team or client meeting

• Create content direction documents for our writers based on client preferences and needs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of SEO experience in an agency, or 3+ years for freelance

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMRush

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Deep understanding of white hat SEO strategies

• Ability to work on multiple projects in a rapidly evolving environment with minimal oversight

• Proficiency in Wordpress, HTML and CSS

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field preferred

• A go getter with an attitude to better themselves and those around them
