First Atlantic Restoration is seeking technicians in the Hampton Roads area that are highly motivated, reliable, personable, and with a good work ethic. Responsible for performing hands on water, fire, mold, trauma scene and storm damage mitigation. There is no experience necessary to be part of this rewarding experience. Drug testing and background checks will be done prior to hiring. Driver’s license must be in good standing and have a clean driving record. Responsibilities:

Remove damaged building materials such that the restoration process can occur in the most efficient manner.

Participate in the on-call rotation schedule as required.

Maintain proper equipment tracking procedures.

Communicate with the homeowner effectively and compassionately in a polite and courteous manner.
