The Emergency Services Dispatcher will be responsible for moving people and resources to meet the demands of the ever-changing Emergency Services workflow in accordance with First Atlantic Restoration and industry standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create and manage a schedule to dispatch work crews, vehicles and equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined timeframes, customer requests or immediate needs • Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and prioritize according to urgency and importance • Relay information to and from work crews, supervisors, co-workers and clients • Speak with co-workers and customers to resolve problems and handle requests for services or equipment • Input relevant data into job management software • Monitor the routes and status of field units to optimize scheduling • Monitor a dynamic schedule and provide updates to co-workers and customers via phone and texting software to optimize productivity and maintain unbroken chain of communication • Review and approve timecards for all technicians on a daily basis
