First Call Medical Solutions is a 26-year-old Healthcare Staffing company headquartered in the Milwaukee-area.

We are seeking a permanent, part time on call Staffing Scheduler to perform various on scheduling tasks, including (but not limited to): Scheduling Healthcare Staff at our client facilities throughout the night; Receiving and processing Client needs; Addressing phone calls from Clients and Staff; Resolving issues of Field Staff and Clients; Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and Staff; and Managing the schedules for Clients and Staff on an as needed basis.

Experience using Word, Excel, Dropbox, and Outlook is a prerequisite to apply.

· PROVEN BACKGROUND OF SUCCESSFULLY MANAGING SCHEDULER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· FLEXIBILITY AND ABILITY TO MULTITASK

· ABILITY TO WAKE AND ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL HOURS, HANDLE URGENT TASKS, MAKE CALLS, SEND E-MAIL

· COMFORTABLE BUILDING NEW RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES

· SUPERIOR WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

· HAVE APPROPRIATE COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO PROFESSIONALLY REPRESENT FIRST CALL MEDICAL SOLUTIONS TO ALL STAFF AND CLIENTS/PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS
