For the Rainsville, AL. location: Currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company

Required: Must have at least 3yrs. Accounts Payable experience

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

**Also a few requirements on our part

1. Must be comfortable in accounting ( a degree or lot of experience in accounting/bookkeeping)
2. Complete a Balance Sheet
3. Accounts Payable and Account Receivable posting
4. Reconcile a bank statement
5. Inventory adjusting
6. Payroll
7. Computer skills with accounting software
8. Flexible and capable to do on own without direct supervisor

We are very flexible in the salary according to experience during training period we will offer $20.00 hour with option of growth and full-time employment with insurance and retirement benefits
