First Class Workforce Solutions is looking to hire an organized and enthusiastic high-volume Recruiter to join our Atlanta Team. First Class Workforce provides temporary staffing and permanent placement services for the food service, hospitality, and janitorial industries nationwide.

We are looking to hire immediately for this position. The ideal candidate would have experience either the food service or hospitality industries or have spent time as a high-volume recruiter.

The recruiting efforts include job posting and contacting resumes, social media posting and group development, interviewing candidates, making hiring decisions, onboarding new applicants, and ensuring compliance with our client’s requirements. In addition to this work, recruiting for internal management positions will be needed on occasion.

All candidates must be comfortable supporting the staffing operations which can include working early mornings or late nights, and weekends as needed. In addition, they must possess effective written and interpersonal communications skills, since they will be working closely with job applicants, employees and hiring managers to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed. Finally, they must be able to work well under pressure and have the capability to work discreetly with highly confidential information such as salaries and employment records.
