First Congregational Church is a vibrant congregation located in downtown Burlington; we are an "Open and Affirming," diverse church community.

Responsibilities include:

• monitoring public use of the building,
• providing information to visitors,
• ensuring adherence to building/property policies,
• closing/opening the building,
• problem solving as needed, and
• positively contributing to a safe and hospitable environment.

Evening and weekend hours are a must.

In addition to several weekday evening, weekend morning, and periodic special event security shifts, there is an open shift for a Sunday morning staff person focused largely on preparing space and beverages for hospitality gatherings. All security/hospitality positions require the physical ability to move and reset furniture. Background check required for employment.
