We are currently seeking Hybrid Security Consultants, to sell and install Smart Home/Automation and security for residential and small business clients. We are looking for individuals that have a strong network and prospecting skills. Our ideal candidate would:

Have a minimum of 2 years outside sales/ consulting experience, preferably in the alarm industry

Have experience with 2GIG, Qolsys and Alarm.com (required). Alarm.com certification is desired

Be self-motivated and have a strong desire to be successful

Be tech savvy, details oriented, and a strong closer

Have strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

Be capable of installing systems in residential and small to medium sized businesses

Be coachable and able to adapt to changes quickly

Be able to perform in high stress situations and maintain a professional and personable attitude with our customers

Be able to obtain the necessary licensing and have the tools needed to perform all assigned jobs

Have a valid driver’s license, insurance and a reliable personal vehicle

Consultants will be paid commission on both sales and installations. They would also be considered to assist with other company installations and be paid a competitive, hourly wage (based on experience). We also offer great bonuses for hitting monthly targets and goals.

This position has a target compensation of $75,000, but a driven and highly motivated candidate can easily earn a six-figure income. We will show you EXACTLY how to make six figures. There are no gimmicks to this, just hard work!
