Responsibilities: • Evaluate loan applications by conducting thorough financial analysis, focusing on the Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) and fix-and-flip/bridge lending. • Assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and analyze their capacity to meet loan repayment obligations. • Offer expert guidance and advice to borrowers regarding loan options, terms, and conditions. • Work closely with borrowers to compile necessary documentation and facilitate a seamless loan application process. • Establish and nurture strong relationships with borrowers, real estate backers and industry professionals. • Keep abreast of market trends, regulations, and changes in lending practices. • Maintain accurate and detailed loan files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar role in the lending industry. • Strong knowledge of debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) and fix-and-flip lending is preferred. • Familiarity with alternative lending practices and understanding of traditional lending principles. • Excellent analytical skills to assess borrowers' financial statements and determine creditworthiness. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with borrowers and industry professionals. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious targets. • Proficiency in using loan origination software and other relevant tools. Compensation: $150,000
