First Fitness Management, a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Fitness Specialist to work 20 hours/week at one of our downtown Boston corporate fitness locations.

As the Fitness Specialist you will:

•Change members lives through safe and effective exercise programming.

•Train clients and lead a variety of small group training programs.

•Assist the Center Manager in operating the club and take a leadership role when the Center Manager is not on site.

•Work in a fun environment.

•BA/BS degree (in a fitness related field preferred).
