First Fitness Management, a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Fitness Specialist to work at our corporate fitness center in Wilmington, MA.

As a Fitness Specialist you will:

Change members lives through safe and effective exercise programming.

Develop and lead a variety of small group training and group fitness classes.

Assist the Manager in operating the club and take a leadership role when the Manager is not on site.

We’re looking for:

An enthusiasm and passion for fitness and making a difference in the lives of others.

A nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)

A hospitable and positive attitude.

1-3 years’ experience (preferred) in Personal Training, Group Fitness and Customer Service

BA/BS degree (in a fitness related field preferred)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Schedule: 5am-1pm or 11am-7pm Monday – Friday, NO Weekends
